We use the chatbot of an external service provider (Staymate OG, Hardeggasse 69-71/1/3, A-1220 Vienna, Austria) on our pages.

If you contact us via chatbot, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry & contact) will be stored and processed for the purpose of processing your request. The course of the conversation is stored for the purpose of optimizing the chatbot.

This function enables you to enter into automated communication in order to receive targeted information. In this way, interest-related information, which is dependent on your question, can be displayed.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if your inquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the aforementioned purposes or the user requests the deletion of data. The chatbot deposits a cookie in your browser in order to recognize you the next time you visit the website.
